Overview

This training provides automotive development engineers with the know-how they need to integrate functional safety and implement ISO 26262 requirements into their products.

Who should attend?

Any engineer/team member who is participating in, will participate in or wants to know how to participate in an automotive safety-critical E/E system development. This includes:

  • Project managers/leaders
  • Development managers/leader
  • Test managers/leaders
  • System, hardware or software R&D engineers with different roles
  • Quality assurance, configuration managers/controllers or any other supporting roles involved in the project

Pre-requisites

No knowledge of ISO 26262 or functional safety is assumed at the start of this training, but it might be helpful if you:

  • Have previous automotive development experience
  • Or, have embedded development experience
